What is included?

Summer Swim Team - Season runs from the week after local schools let out for the summer until the first Saturday in August.

Stroke Clinics - August and September

Winter Swim Team - Season runs from the first week in October through the last week in February.

Extended Season - For swimmers who are training for Districts, States and or Nationals. End of February end of March 2010.

Spring Swim Team - Season runs from the first Monday in April until the week before the start of Summer Swim Team.

Program is geared for our year round competitive swim team member who is dedicated to the sport of swimming 12 months of the year. USA Swimming membership is recommended. Monthly payment plan will end May 31st of 2010.

Performance Requirements: Competitive Swimmers must be able to swim 25 yards of free (front crawl stroke) with rotary breathing, 25 yards of backstroke & have good knowledge of either butterfly or breast stroke kick.

Swimming Requirements:
Swimmers should have completed one of our Developmental Swim Team sessions or successfully completed one our Fall or Spring Try Outs.
