Swimmers must be able to swim 100 yards IM, all 4 stokes & have competitive swimming experience.
Each session will be limited to 25 swimmers but with a 9 swimmer minium per session

Correct your stroke mistakes and errors.
Learn from watching yourself swim.
Get nutritional tips and start new habits.
Focus on your weak points of your stoke.
Learn to “Feel” the water not just swim laps.
Learn new tips and see how to swim faster.
Learn how to set and meet your goals.
Have fun and make new friends.
DVD of each swimmer with coach comments and tips.
*Lunch on Friday provided by Kasas Pizza (E. Stbg)
