(LIS) - Lehman Intermediate School Pool (Wed, Fri)
(SIS) - Stroudsburg Intermediate School (Tues, Thurs)

Take Your Mark Practice Group - Primarily ages 13 & Under (depending on swimmers abilities) Practice Attendance Goals: 1 - 2 times a week
