Pocono Mountain West High School Pool: (Where Home Meets can occur)
(Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer)
Pool is 6 lanes, 25 yards with paragon starting blocks, electronic timing and seating for over 200 spectators.

Directions to Pocono Mountain West High School Pool:
From Stroudsburg 80W to 380N to 940 West. Go through first light approx 1 mile you will see school entrance on left. Proceed to the right side of building to parking lot C. There will be a set of main entrance doors toward the left of building. Enter the pool on your right once you enter the building. Locker rooms are on the other side of the pool.

Lehman Intermediate School Pool: (Where Home Meets can occur)
(Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer)
Pool is 6 lanes, 25 yards with paragon starting blocks, electronic timing and seating for over 700 spectators.

Directions to Lehman Intermediate School Pool:
From I-80 exit 309. 209N to light make 3rd right onto Bus. 209N past Fernwood to left onto Bushkill Falls Road (blinker light). Follow Bushkill Falls Road to school on left hand side (approx 6 miles). 
OR
From I-80 exit 309. 209N to 3rd light make right onto Bus. 209N to light make left onto 402 N. Follow 402N to school on right.

Stroudsburg Intermediate School Pool: (Fall, Winter and Spring)
Pool is 4 lane 25 yard with starting blocks

Directions to Stroudsburg Intermediate School Pool:
611 to Chipperfield Drive( at MC Public Library), Stroudsburg. Use entrance between Jr. High and Intermediate. Follow signs to “Student Drop Off” area to right. This will lead you to the back of the school by the baseball field where there is a door to enter. Make a right upon entering and follow hall to pool. 

Pocono Family YMCA Pool: (Fall, Winter and Spring)
Pool is 3 lanes 20 yards and is used for Swim Team and Pre-Competitive Swim Team. Pool is an ideal instructional pool for younger swimmers.

Directions to Pocono Family YMCA Pool:
From East of Stroudsburg
I-80 W / US-209 S. Take the PA-191 N exit- EXIT 307- toward STROUDSBURG / ANALOMINK.. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto PA-191 / BROAD ST. Continue to follow PA-191. Turn LEFT onto MAIN ST / US-209 BR, YMCA will be on your left.
From West of Stroudsburg
I-80 E via EXIT 1 on the LEFT toward STROUDSBURG. Take the US-209 BUSINESS / MAIN ST exit- EXIT 305. Take the US-209-BR N ramp toward STROUDSBURG. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto US-209 BR / W MAIN ST.

Summer Swim Team Pool Locations and Directions:

Dansbury Park Pool:
(Summer)
Pool is a 25 yard 7 lane pool with 3 water slides and plenty of deck space.

Directions to Dansbury Park Pool:
East Stroudsburg 940 West to 80 East to Exit 308 (East Stroudsburg). Right off exit ramp onto Prospect Street. At 2 nd light make left onto Ridgeway Street. Make right onto Crystal Street immediately after crossing iron bridge. Make left at first stop sign onto Washington St. Go straight thru light to Day Street (between Rudy’s Bar and Old Gas Station) Do not bear left to continue on Washington Street . If you go over inter-borough bridge you have gone too far.

Stroudsburg Park Pool:
(Summer)
Pool is 25 meter 6 lanes in one direction and 40 yards 5 lanes in the other direction. Pool ranges from 5 foot to 12 foot with 2 diving boards and water slides.

Directions to Stroudsburg Park Pool:
940 West to 80 East to Exit 305 (Main St) Right onto Main approx ½ mile to Stroudsburg High School. Make left into parking lot after school. Pool is toward the rear of the school.
