Directions: Interstate 81 North to Exit 188 (Dunmore/Throop exit)
Turn left at the light at the end of the ramp toward Dunmore
At the second light turn left. (the 1st light is to get back on the interstate). There will be a Burger King & Quik Joe on the left, and a cemitary on the right.
At the stop sign bear left into the YMCAs parking lot. (Jerrys garden center will be directly in front, you have to go either right or left)
The YMCA shares a large parking lot with Friendlys Restaurant. The Y is the large brick building

According to Yahoo Maps Travel time is approximately 1 1/2 hours traveling via I-80 to I-81 and 1 3/4 hours via Route 209 from the Pocono Family YMCA on main street in Stroudsburg.

Directions: From the North (Pocono Area):
Follow the easiest route to Route 33 South. Continue along Route 33 to the Route 191 Stockertown /Nazareth Exit.Turn right off the exit ramp onto East Lawn Rd. Proceed for approximately 5 miles until you reach a 4-way stop sign (you will pass 7-11 and then go up a hill). Turn right at the stop sign. Go straight through the next light. You will come to a circle. Go 3/4 of the way around the circle to S. Main St. The YMCA is at the first driveway on your left. Use the entrance in the parking lot.
