Piranhas USA Swimming Registration Form

USED FOR SIGNING UP TO BE A MEMBER OF USA SWIMMING Not To Be Used For YMCA or any of our League Meets Please follow the steps below to sign up: Fill Out the below form Make a check out to (PFY Swim Team) for $60.00 per Child plus $50.00 per swimmer to go into your escrow account to pay for meet entries. Write in the Memo part of check USA Swimming Registration Mail Check to: Sonia Wolbert PFY Swim Team (Make Check Out to) 277 Prospect Street East Stroudsburg, PA. 18301
In order to be a member of USA Swimming with the Pocono Family YMCA Swim Team all swimmers must be part of our Competitive Teams. USA Swimming is not for Pre-Competitive Swimmers. The below information must be correct in order to sign up for USA Swimming. Any errors will cause issues with USA ID Numbers.

Note: USA Registration can take up to 2 week to process so if you are planning on going to a meet you need to register for USA Swimming a minimum of 10 days before the meet entry due date to ensure you registration will be processed in time to be able to swim in the meet.

Any Questions or Comments

If a family owes more than $50.00 for meet entry fees or any other
payment due, their child will no be able to swim in meets or in
practices until the balance is paid in full.
