Fri 7:15 am to 7:55,
Sat 6:30am to 7:15 am,

The afternoon warm-ups will begin immediately following the morning session and will be 1 hour long. Afternoon warm-ups are general warm-up.
Friday afternoon warm-ups will begin NO EARLIER THAN 12:15pm with a session start time of 1:15pm. Expected Saturday and Sunday afternoon warm-up start times will be communicated at the meet.
Evening finals warm-ups will begin at 4:30pm and will again be a general warm-up, with the finals session starting at 5:30pm.
As a reminder, all events 400m and longer (and all relays) are positive check-in events. The check in table will be over by the timers tent approximately behind lane 8 at the starting end. MA scratch policies are in effect and details can be found in the meet invite.
