Make a check out to (PFY Swim Team) for the total amount due for your entries. Write in the Memo part of check the Meet Name and date for the Meet. There are no refunds or credits once entries have been entered. If swimmer for any reason does not attend or does not swim an event full payment for meet entries is still required.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT DUE DATES FOR ENTRIES ARE SET AT LEAST 20 DAYS PRIOR TO THE MEET DEADLINE POSTED ON THE MEET INFO PDF. THIS IS SO THAT ALL ENTRIES WILL BE RECIEVED BY THE MEET DIRECTOR IN TIME AND THAT ALL PFY SWIMMERS WILL BE ABLE TO ATTEND AND NO ONE FROM OUR TEAM WILL GET SHUT OUT OF THE MEET.

If you enter a meet and cannot attend, you are still
responsible for the meet entry fee(we still have to
pay the host team if you are a "NS-No Show").

Starting January 1st every meet entered will have a close date that is scheduled (before the host team
meet entry deadline). All entry fees will be required to be received by the entry deadline posted on the
meet schedule. You can still send in your check for the meet entry to the address as you have but
we need to receive full payment for the entries BEFORE THE DEADLINE.

IF ENTRY FEES ARE NOT RECEIVED BY THE (PFY POSTED) MEET ENTRY DEADLINE YOUR ENTRY
